The new procedure Allows customers to cancel their own orders for 60 minutes after order completion.

You have 60 minutes from the completion of your order to cancel your order.

To cancel an order, please go to the order confirmation page from the URL in the order confirmation e-mail.
If you are a member, you can also cancel your order from your purchase history on My Page.

Orders can only be cancelled only within 60 minutes of order completion. 

*Please note that we will not be able to accept cancellations of orders placed after 60 minutes of order completion after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 13, 2012.
